I’m Luthfi. Based in Dubai, I've spent 7+ years leading design teams and building the cross-functional operations that make them unstoppable. Fostering collaboration between designers and stakeholders, and creating environments they are genuinely proud to be part of.

My approach is always Human-First, by embedding myself in the team's day-to-day. The culture, the chemistry, the pain points nobody talks about in meetings. I design for the people doing the actual work, which means I have to be in their shoes to understand what it feels like.

My UX practices are a diversed full-stack design experience across UX/UI, design systems, service design, and design leadership. All with a relentless focus to ensure I can achieve the user and business needs.

I am currently the Design Operations Lead at a digital transformation program in du.ae, one of the leading telco companies in the UAE with over 9 million customers.
